Criteria:
The Workshop will award support for young investigators and scholars wishing to attend the 12th International Workshop on Radiation Damage to DNA. The selection of Young Investigator Award recipients shall be based on an evaluation of their abstracts and award application. The Workshop will defray the costs of registration fee.

Eligibility:
The applicants for Young Investigator Awards should be either currently enrolled in a Ph.D. graduate program or have been awarded their Ph.D. or M.D. within 5 years of the conference date (June 2012).

Submission:
The applicants should submit the following documents to the Young Investigator Award Committee.

1) Completed award application cover sheet [ApplicationForm.pdf]
2) Abstract of workshop contribution. The same abstract has also to be submitted separately through the Workshop homepage.
3) A brief CV including affiliation, educational training information and publications (max. 2 pages A4). Please notify if you are a member of the Radiation Research Society.
4) A letter of recommendation from the research supervisor or the head of the department or institute.
